Morgan Stanley FXOS

Working alone on site with the sales teams at Morgan Stanley, I was sponsored to spend as much time as possible with the sales and services teams to understand how they both delivered prices to the front office and how they personally managed credit and risk across their portfolios.

The task was to deliver a design strategy for a portal and CRM tool that could manage requests for services as a ticketing system, while plugging into legacy systems and maintaining context across different apps from this one wrapper.

After 2 months I delivered a complete UX specification including user journeys, desk research, paper prototyping results and this highly polished "wireframe" that Lab49 still use in their pitch's.
